Ken Baliker is the former District 3 representative on the Clear Creek Independent School District school board in Texas. Baliker lost a re-election campaign in the by-district general election on May 6, 2017.

Baliker is an executive for an international energy company. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and his B.S. in chemical engineering from the University of Kentucky. Baliker graduated from Clear Lake High School in 1980.[1]

Two of the seven seats on the Clear Creek Independent School District school board were up for by-district general election on May 6, 2017. District 3 incumbent Ken Baliker lost to Arturo Sanchez. The District 2 seat was also up for election, but the election was canceled due to lack of opposition. Newcomer Chris Reed was automatically elected.[2][3]
