Graham received his undergraduate degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University and his J.D. from the College of Law at the University of Oklahoma.[2]
Career
Prior to his election to the bench, Graham was an attorney in private practice for thirty years. Additionally, he worked as a prosecutor in the Comanche County District Attorney's office.[2]
