Ken Kuraya
Ken Kuraya is an at-large member of the Hawaii State Board of Education. Kuraya assumed office on July 1, 2022. Kuraya's term ended on June 30, 2025.
Biography
Ken Kuraya earned a bachelor's degree from Hawaii Pacific University. Kuraya's career experience includes working as an educator.[1]
Board members
The State of Hawaii Board of Education is made up of nine members appointed by the governor, a non-voting student representative, and a non-voting military liaison. There are no publicly elected members of the board.[2]
