Ken Weyler (Republican Party) is a member of the New Hampshire House of Representatives, representing Rockingham 14. He assumed office on December 7, 2022. His current term ends on December 2, 2026.

Weyler (Republican Party) ran for re-election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives to represent Rockingham 14. He won in the general election on November 5, 2024.

Biography

Ken Weyler was born in Boston, Massachusetts, and lives in New Hampshire. Weyler graduated from Newton High School in Newton, Massachusetts. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1963 to 1969 and in the U.S. Air Force Reserves from 1969 to 1993. Weyler earned his B.S. in chemical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 1963. His career experience includes working as first officer, captain, and pilot for American Airlines.[1]

Weyler served on the Kingston Planning Board and the Regional Planning Commission. He became a member of Kingston Veterans Club, the Masons Gideon Lodge #84, and the General Court Lodge #1784.[1]

Elections for the New Hampshire House of Representatives took place in 2014. A primary election took place on September 9, 2014. The general election was held on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was June 13, 2014. Four candidates were unopposed in the Democratic primary, while five candidates faced off in the Republican primary.[6] The general election was contested by four Democrats and four Republicans. The Democrats were Peter D. Coffin, Christopher J. Cox, Carol Croteau, and Karen Fronterotta. The Republicans participants were Joe Guthrie, Ann M. Howe, David Welch, and incumbent Ken Weyler. All four Republicans were victorious over the Democrats in the general election.[7]

2010 special election

In January 2010, Weyler won election to the New Hampshire House of Representatives, Rockingham 8. He defeated Norman Hurley (D) in the special election.[12]
