Kendall Scudder is an officeholder of the Democratic Party of Texas Chair.
Scudder is also a member of the Dallas County Appraisal District in Texas, representing Place 2. He assumed office on July 1, 2024. His current term ends on December 31, 2026.
Scudder ran for election to the Dallas County Appraisal District to represent Place 2 in Texas. He won in the general election on May 4, 2024.
In March 2025, Scudder was elected chairman of the Democratic Party of Texas.[1]
