Biography
Kendra Johnson was born in Chester, Pennsylvania. She graduated from Chester High School in 1987, and earned a master’s degree in human services from Lincoln University. Johnson’s career experience includes working as an Executive Director at Elwyn, a human services nonprofit. She has volunteer experience serving as the Board President of the Ability Network of Delaware, which describes itself as “a statewide membership association of agencies, all working to support people with disabilities.”[1] Johnson was elected to serve as the Representative for Delaware House District 5.[2]
