Kenesaw Mountain Landis
Kenesaw Mountain Landis (1866-1944) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
He was nominated by President Theodore Roosevelt on March 18, 1905 to a new seat created by 33 Stat. 992. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 18, 1905, and received commission that same day. He resigned on February 28, 1922.[1] Landis was succeeded in this position by James Herbert Wilkerson.
