Kenneth A. Barlow, Jr.
Kenneth A. Barlow, Jr. was a county judge for the Orange County Court in Orange County, Florida. He took office in 2009 and served on both the Criminal and Specialized Divisions.[1][2] Barlow ran for re-election in 2014 but was defeated in the general election.[3]

Barlow, Jr. ran for re-election to the Orange County Court.
Primary: Barlow was successful in the primary on August 26, 2014, receiving 36.4 percent of the vote. He competed against Tina Caraballo and Blaine McChesney.
General: Barlow was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 48.3 percent of the vote. He competed against Tina Caraballo.[3][4]
Education
Barlow received his B.A. degree in English from the University of the South in 1985 and his J.D. from the Cumberland School of Law in 1988.[2]
