Kenneth Cannata is a judge for the 458th Judicial District in Texas. He was appointed by Gov. Greg Abbott (R) on September 13, 2017, to a term that expired on December 31, 2018. Cannata had to run for election in 2018 to retain the seat past the end of the appointment.[1]

At the time of his appointment to the district court, Cannata was the Precinct 3 justice of the peace for Fort Bend County.[1]
