Kenneth Conboy
Kenneth Conboy (1938-present) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Conboy was nominated by President Ronald Reagan on November 5, 1987, to a seat vacated by Robert Lee Carter; he was confirmed by the Senate on December 19, 1987, and received commission two days later. He resigned on December 31, 1993.[1] Conboy was succeeded in this position by Barbara Jones.
