Kenneth Contreras
Kenneth Contreras was a 2014 judicial candidate for the Pinal County Justice Courts in Arizona.[1]

Contreras ran for election to the Pinal County Justice Courts.
Primary: He ran unopposed in the Democratic primary on August 26, 2014.
General: He was defeated in the general election on November 4, 2014, after receiving 36.5 percent of the vote. He competed against Tom Shope.

Education
Contreras graduated from high school in 1980.[3]
Career
After high school, Contreras worked for the Pinal County Highway Department and the Department of Corrections as an investigator before being hired by the Arizona Department of Public Safety as a highway patrolman in 1989. He served in this position until his retirement in 2009.[3] He worked as a bailiff for the Pinal County Superior Court for two years and six months after his retirement, leaving in June, 2014 to run for justice of the peace.[4]
