Kenneth Farley is an Oklahoma associate district judge for McCurtain County, which is located in District 17. He was appointed to this position by Governor Mary Fallin in April 2013 to replace Judge Michael D. DeBerry, who is now a district court judge.[1] Farley was elected to a full term in 2014 after running unopposed. His term expired on January 13, 2019.[2]

Farley ran for re-election to the 17th District Court.
As an unopposed candidate, he was automatically re-elected without appearing on the ballot. [2] 

Education

Farley received both his undergraduate degree and J.D. from University of Oklahoma.[1]

Career

Before his appointment to the bench, Farley was in private practice, focusing on real estate and bankruptcy law. He has also worked as the McCurtain County district attorney.[1]
