Kenneth J. Spicer
Kenneth J. Spicer was a judge on the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, Probate/Juvenile Division, serving Delaware County, Ohio. He first joined the court in 2003 and was re-elected in November 2008 for a new six-year term which commenced on February 9, 2009.[1][2][3] He retired when his term expired on February 8, 2015.[4]
Education
Spicer received both his undergraduate degree and his J.D. from Ohio State University.[1]
