Kenneth Kramer is a federal judge for the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. He joined the court in 1989 after being nominated by President George H.W. Bush. He served as chief judge from October 6, 2000, until he retired on September 14, 2004.[1]

Education

Kramer earned a B.A. in 1963 from the University of Illinois, Champaign and earned his J.D. from Harvard Law.[1]

Kramer served in the Judge Advocate General Corps from 1967 to 1970. He earned the Army Commendation Medal.[1]
