Kenneth L. Kutz was a circuit court judge for the Burnett County Circuit Court in Wisconsin.[1] He was appointed by Governor Jim Doyle on June 27, 2008, to fill the vacancy created by the election of Michael J. Gableman to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.[2][3] Kutz was elected to a full term in 2009 and re-elected in 2015.[3][4] Kutz resigned from the bench on November 23, 2016.[5]

Education

Kutz earned his B.A. in political science from the University of Minnesota-Duluth in 1976 and his J.D. from the Marquette University Law School in 1979.[2][3]

Kutz was re-elected without opposition to the Burnett County Circuit Court in 2015. Wisconsin's general judicial election was held on April 7, 2015. The filing deadline for candidates was January 6, 2015.[9][4]
