Kenneth Phillips was a 2013 candidate for the Toledo Municipal Court in Lucas County, Ohio.[1] He previously ran for judge on the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas in 2012.

Phillips ran for election to the Toledo Municipal Court.

General: He was defeated by Gretchen DeBacker and Joshua Lanzinger in the general election on November 5, 2013, after receiving 13.5 percent of the vote.

Phillips was defeated by Myron Duhart in the general election on November 6, receiving 48.73% of the vote.[4] [5]
