- Lastly, I want to Build a Better BernCo. That's not just my slogan, it is a central theme of my campaign. As your next County Treasurer, I will not only take the office to new heights, but I will strive to make Bernalillo Count a better place to live and work for everyone. I know we have had challenges in the past, but I firmly believe that our best days are ahead of us... provided we make the right choices. I am that choice.
