Kenneth VanNorwick
Kenneth VanNorwick was a 2014 Democratic candidate for District 12 of the Michigan State Senate.[1]
Biography
VanNorwick earned his B.S. in political science with a minor in history from the University of Michigan at Flint and his J.D. from DePaul Law School in 2000. His professional experience includes working as a lawyer focusing on real estate and bankruptcy law.[2]

Elections for the Michigan State Senate took place in 2014. A primary election was held on August 5, 2014, and a general election took place on November 4, 2014. The signature filing deadline for candidates wishing to run in this election was April 22, 2014. Paul Secrest defeated Kenneth VanNorwick in the Democratic primary. Incumbent Jim Marleau defeated Bob Gray in the Republican primary. Marleau defeated Secrest in the general election.[3][4][5][6]
