Kenneth W. Farrar
Kenneth W. Farrar is a former district court judge for the 24th Judicial District's Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court in Virginia.[1] He joined the court in 1999 and retired from the bench in the summer of 2015.[2]
Education
Farrar received his undergraduate degree from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.[3]
Career
Prior to his judicial career, Farrar maintained his own practice in Lovingston, Virginia.[4]
