Campaign themes
According to an article written in The Morning Call, Woolley focused his campaign on bringing teachers, parents, and other interest groups together to find solutions to Allentown's budget problems. He wanted to be accessible for anyone to communicate with him about their concerns. Woolley was a proponent of maintaining the district's related arts offerings and thinks the district should look into having its instructional supervisors teach part of the day to save money.[1]
