Kenneth R. Yegan is an associate justice of the Second District, Division Six of the California Courts of Appeal. He was appointed by former Governor George Deukmejian and took the oath of office on December 27, 1990. Yegan was retained by voters in 2002.[1] He ran for retention most recently in 2014, winning a new term that expires on January 3, 2027.[2][3]

Education

Yegan received his bachelor's degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1969. In 1972, he received his J.D. from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law. He graduated from California Judicial College in 1983. In 1991, he graduated from the Institution of Judicial Administration, New York University School of Law.[4][5]
