Kent Hendrickson is a judge for the 26th Circuit Court in Harlan County, Kentucky. He was elected in 2014 for an eight-year term commencing on January 5, 2015, and expiring on January 1, 2023. [1]

Primary: He was successful in the primary on May 20, 2014, receiving 32.5 percent of the vote. He competed against Henry S. Johnson and Karen S. Davenport.
General: He defeated Henry S. Johnson in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 51.0 percent of the vote.

Education
Hendrickson received his undergraduate degree from the Philadelphia College of Art in 1970 and his J.D. from the University of Kentucky Law School in 1982.[4]
Career
Prior to his judicial election in 2014, Hendrickson had worked as an appointed domestic relations commissioner since 2013. He previously worked as an attorney in private practice since 1982.[4]

Hendrickson stated,
