Kent Phillips was the judge for the Gregg County Court at Law No. 1 in Texas. Phillips was appointed by the Gregg County Commission on March 27, 2017, to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Rebecca Lynn Simpson. He took office after Simpson's retirement on May 2, 2017.[1]

Phillips retired from the Gregg County Court at Law No. 1 on December 31st, 2022.[2]
