The Kentucky Felons to Vote Amendment did not make the November 2012 ballot in the state of Kentucky as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. The measure would have given non-violent ex-felons the opportunity to vote. It was introduced during the 2011 legislative session.[1]

Path to the ballot

If 60% of the membership of each chamber of the Kentucky General Assembly approves, a proposed amendment goes on the ballot at the next general election during which members of the state legislature are up for election.
