A Kenwood School District parcel tax, Measure B was on the August 30, 2011 ballot for voters in the Kenwood School District in Sonoma County, where it was approved.[1]
Measure A was a renewal of an existing $52 a year parcel tax which raises approximately $105,000 a year. That's about 5 percent of the small school district’s annual budget.

The "yes" vote on Measure A represented the fourth time that voters in the Kenwood School District had approved this parcel tax. The third time voters approved the tax was when they voted in favor of Measure A (March 2006).
A two-thirds (66.67%) vote was required for approval, and the election was held on a mail-in-only basis.
