Kerry Tipper
Kerry Tipper (Democratic Party) was a member of the Colorado House of Representatives, representing District 28. She assumed office on January 4, 2019. She left office on January 9, 2023.
Tipper (Democratic Party) ran for re-election to the Colorado House of Representatives to represent District 28. She won in the general election on November 3, 2020.
Biography
Kerry Tipper was born in Lakewood, Colorado. She graduated from D’Evelyn High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in international studies/Spanish from the University of Denver in 2004, and a law degree from Northeastern University in 2010. Tipper’s career experience includes working as a Spanish translator and Assistant Attorney General for Colorado. Tipper was elected to serve as the representative for Colorado House District 28.[1]
