As Superior Court Commissioner, I have the experience and demeanor which only bench service can provide. A Longtime Orange County resident, equal and unbiased application of law is my cornerstone.

Justice for Victims, Jail for Criminals, No Courtroom politics or favoritism, and nonpartisan adherence to our Constitutions with Independence, Integrity, and Impartiality. I accept No campaign donations, No political endorsements, and therefore No conflict of interest.

As a courtroom trial attorney for over two decades and volunteering as: Superior Court Judge Pro Tem; California Bar Special Master; Juvenile Parolee Mentor; Pro Bono Attorney; Firefighter & Rescue Squad Member; Auxiliary Police Officer; Police Advisory Committee Member; and Anti-Terrorism Team Member etc., I’m unequivocally dedicated to my community and experienced in justice.

My lawyering experience includes, civil, criminal, family, and administrative. I pledge to continue impartial application of law, absent politics or favoritism.

  • Justice for the victim of a crime through respect and recognition of their rights.
  • Jail for Criminals to ensure the safest possible Orange County.
  • An Unpolitical Judge, devoid of favoritism and politics while adhering to Constitutional values.
Even before the sensational speech before the California Legislature, by Chief Justice George of the California Supreme Court in 1998, I opined similar observations as noted on my 1998 campaign website. In summary, Chief Justice George stated that, after one year of traveling throughout the state and after visiting every courtroom in all 58 countries, his findings disclosed that: (1)- the court must extend beyond the courthouse doors,; and (2)-we must listen and learn from the public. Chief Justice George explained that courts, in order to be effective, must "improve communication to the community" and must initiate an "outreach effort to listen and learn" through "appropriate and effective communication" and be "attentive to public needs".

Justice is best achieved via open communication with our community while respecting our laws as guided by our State and Federal Constitutions.
For a Judge, Impartiality, Integrity, and Independence.
No. Although the Courts of Appeal are distinguished halls of justice, they are removed from daily public interaction, which I thrive upon. My personal choice is to be a Judicial Officer working at the Superior Court level with public interactions daily, witnessing dozens of cases adjudicated, and justice rendered in volume.
