Kevin Clarkson
Kevin G. Clarkson is the former Alaska attorney general. Gov. Mike Dunleavy (R) appointed Clarkson to the position on December 5, 2018.[1] Clarkson resigned on August 25, 2020, after ProPublica published an article detailing text messages sent to the personal cell phone of a state employee.[2]

At the time of his appointment as attorney general, Clarkson was an attorney in private practice at Brena, Bell & Clarkson, P.C.[1]

Clarkson was appointed to serve as attorney general by Gov. Mike Dunleavy (R) on December 5, 2018. He succeeded Jahna Lindemuth, who served from 2016 to 2018. He resigned on August 25, 2020.[2]
