Kevin D. Duncan was a judge for the Curry County Probate Court in Curry County, New Mexico. He was elected to the court in 2006 and did not seek re-election in 2014 due to the two-consecutive-terms limitation for probate court judges. Duncan stepped down from the bench at the end of his last term on December 31, 2014.[1][2][3]

2010
Duncan was re-elected to the Curry County Probate Court in 2010. He defeated his opponent Ribble Holloman in the primary and ran unopposed in the general election, winning 100% of the vote.[4]
