Doyle earned a bachelor's degree in classics and classical languages, literatures, and linguistics from Georgetown University in 1996 and a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2003.[1]

Prior to being appointed to the court, Doyle's career experience included working as a teacher, judicial law clerk, adjunct professor, and assistant U.S. attorney.[1]
