|I grew up in Oregon, have a B.A. in Political Science with emphasis in U.S. Government and Election from the University of Oregon. A former political consultant, I ran and worked on several campaigns up and down the entire West Coast including as Campaign Manager for Congressman Peter DeFazio and Field Director for Congresswoman Lois Capps. I took years long breaks to work inside government on policy as Policy Manager for Portland Mayor Tom Potter, Field Representative for Congresswoman Darlene Hooley and Community Relations Coordinator for San Francisco City Attorney Dennis Herrera. I've also worked in the non-profit sector as Executive Director of Equity Foundation.
