Kevin Gross
Kevin Gross was a judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. He first joined the court on March 13, 2006.[1][2] Gross retired in 2020.[3]
Gross previously served as chief judge of the court.
Education
Judge Gross attended the University of Delaware for his Bachelor of Arts and the American University at Washington, D.C., for his J.D.[4]
Career
Gross has practiced in the areas of Bankruptcy, Corporate Litigation, Securities Litigation, Commercial Litigation, Business Litigation, Civil Litigation, and Corporate Law.[4]
Noteworthy cases
In 2011, the Dodgers baseball team filed for bankruptcy protection in the District of Delaware Bankruptcy Court under Judge Gross.[5]
