Kevin Harrell was a judge on the 22nd Judicial Circuit Court in Missouri. He was appointed by Governor Jay Nixon in July 2012.[1]

Career

Before joining the court, Harrell served in the Jackson County Prosecutor's Office from 1998 to 2012.[1]
