Kevin Lincoln II
Kevin Lincoln II (Republican Party) is running for election to the U.S. House to represent California's 9th Congressional District. He declared candidacy for the 2026 election.[source]
Lincoln was the Mayor of Stockton in California. He assumed office on January 1, 2021. He left office on December 31, 2024.
Biography
Kevin Lincoln was born in Stockton, California. Lincoln served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He earned an associate degree in business, a bachelor's degree in business management, and a master's degree in executive leadership. Lincoln's career experience includes working as a district manager with a private security company.[1]
