Biography
Jenkins received a bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University and a master's degree in administration from California State University-East Bay. He was the director of housing justice initiatives of the United Way Bay Area from 2021 to 2023 and is a former member of the Peralta Community College Board of Trustees.[2]
