Kevin Kunkel
Kevin Kunkel was a 2012 Democratic candidate for District 38 of the Illinois State Senate.
Kunkel earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois in 1977. He has worked as co-owner of a dairy farm. He has been employed as Treasurer of Putnam County.

Kunkel ran in the 2012 election for Illinois State Senate District 38. Kunkel lost in the Democratic primary on March 20, 2012. He faced Tom Ganiere and Christine Benson. Incumbent Sue Rezin ran unopposed in the Republican primary. The general election took place on November 6, 2012.[1][2][3]
