Kevin McGee
Kevin McGee (b. March 21, 1970) was a Republican member of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He represented the 59th District from 2008 until 2012. McGee resigned on November 19, 2012 following his criminal prosecution in an ethics case over public contracts that went to his family's company. McGee agreed to pay a $10,000 fine to resolve the case.[1]
McGee is a business owner. He earned his B.S. from the University of Mississippi.[2]

On November 8, 2011, McGee won re-election to District 59 of the Mississippi House of Representatives. He ran unopposed in the August 2 primary and was unchallenged in the November 8 general election.[3][4]

On August 7, 2007 McGee defeated Incumbent Clayton Smith in the Republican Primary Election by a margin of 3,961 to 2,978.[5] He ran unopposed in the general election.[6]
