Hi! My name is Kevin Porter, I'm 39 year's old, married for 15 years and have 4 children (oh and 1 dog). I never dreamt of a political career though ended up stumbling into it. After running several businesses for over a decade, I watched as our country started to go quickly into decline: Economically, morally, politically and socially... I just couldn't sit around and watch - I HAD TO TAKE ACTION!

So, I closed all of my businesses and decided to give my service to our wonderful country as it's up to us to usher in change and stop the USA from it's current collision course. I want to play an integral role in REVIVING THE AMERICAN DREAM!

Let's bring back the lifestyle we once had and make this country shine even brighter then before.
  • Our American Dream is Under Attack! We need to revive the American Dream and take back what is lost. This means that we need to go back to roots democracy applied to modern times by cutting down on Government over-reach and centralized control.
  • Don't Take Away Our RELIGIOUS FREEDOM: Our country was founded upon Christian values and absolutes (Did you know that George Washington kept a prayer journal?). This is what gave us years of prosperity and happiness as it has been our moral compass, though at the same time guaranteeing religious freedom to anyone.
  • Don't Take Our Guns: Beyond being a constitutional right, GUNS ARE FREEDOM! They give us the right to not only defend ourselves against any and all enemy threats, they allow us to defend us against TYRANNY. Our current issue with mass shootings and other gun-related violence ISN'T gun control, it's gun education and morality!
Family policy: Having 4 children and a wife of 15 years, I understand the importance of the Government investing in Families - this is the future of our country!

We need to overhaul the system and divert money currently used to push the destruction of families towards the building of families. I'm talking Government help to have paid maternity leave (without having to give your job up!), education support, childcare support and more!

Business Policy: I am a businessman of many years and identify with and understand the struggles of owning and running a business. The Federal Government needs to back pressure off of companies and promote them to thrive and strive! Less corporate taxes, oppression and more company stimulation and support.

International policy: The USA is the beckoning light for the world, though this light is dimming and being taken over by China. If we have better international cooperation and continue to invest in and drive American innovation world-wide, our light will shine brighter and we will maintain or strength and influence.

This is done by building bridges, investing and opening more doors abroad for our Government and businesses.

Having lived in Europe and South America for many years (and speaking 4 languages fluently), this is one of my areas of expertise.
