Kevin Talbert
Kevin Talbert is a former Democratic member of the Oregon State Senate, representing District 3 from 2016 to 2017. He was first appointed to the chamber on August 30, 2016, to replace the late Alan Bates (D), who died on August 5, 2016.[1]
Talbert did not run for a full-term to the Oregon State Senate in 2016.
