Kevin Tippey

Kevin Tippey is an associate judge of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. He was appointed in July 2017 to fill the vacancy created by the retirement of Associate Judge Thomas J. Brannan, and he was sworn in on August 4, 2017.[1]
Biography
Tippey earned an undergraduate degree from Eureka College and a J.D. from Southern Illinois University School of Law.[1]
At the time of his appointment to the bench, Tippey was the state's attorney for Menard County. His professional experience also includes work as a partner with the law firm Grosboll, Becker, Tice & Tippey.[1]
