Kevin Wiggins is a judge of the Eighth District in Baltimore County, Maryland. He was appointed by Governor Martin O'Malley on December 30, 2014, for a term that expires in 2024.[1]

Education

Wiggins received his bachelor's degree from Towson University and his J.D. from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law.[1]

Career

Wiggins was an assistant state's attorney for Baltimore City for 14 years.[1]
