Kim Baskett was a judge for the Superior Court of Santa Cruz County in California. She was appointed to the court on May 22, 2017 and retired from the court in August 2020.

Baskett earned a B.A. from San Jose State University and a J.D. from the Monterey College of Law. At the time of her appointment in 2017, she was a court commissioner for Santa Cruz. Baskett has also served as an assistant county counsel for the Santa Cruz Counsel's Office.[1]
