Kim C. Hammond was a judge of the Seventh Circuit Court in Florida. He was appointed to the bench by Gov. Bob Graham (D) in 1979. Hammond opted not to run for re-election in 2010, retiring from the bench on January 3, 2011. He passed away on July 16, 2017.[1][2]

Hammond earned an undergraduate degree and a J.D. from Florida State University. His professional experience included work as a professional football player for the Miami Dolphins and the Boston Patriots.[1]
