Georgeton’s campaign website stated the following:

KIM KNOWS WHAT SHE IS FIGHTING FOR
Kim's platform is grounded in a deep respect for the Constitution and a commitment to reducing government overreach. Kim firmly opposes mandates and will advocate for lower taxes, believing that such measures will foster a thriving environment for small businesses. Her stance on education is clear: more school choice to empower parents and students alike. Kim is dedicated to protecting parental rights, ensuring free speech, and upholding our second amendment rights. Protecting life and supporting first responders are key to her core values. She is pro-life without exception. In the political sphere, Kim will tirelessly advocate for fair elections and fight against corruption, all while serving with unwavering integrity.

FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION
My commitment is to unwaveringly uphold and follow the Constitution, ensuring that every decision I make is rooted in its enduring principles and values. My campaign is built on the foundation of constitutional integrity, promising to respect the rights and freedoms it guarantees for all Ohioans.

PROTECT PARENTAL RIGHTS
I stand firm in protecting the rights of parents, ensuring they have the freedom and authority to make the best decisions for their children's education, health, and well-being. My campaign is focused on empowering parents, upholding their fundamental role in shaping the future of our children and our community.

REDUCE TAXES
One of my top priorities is to work towards reducing taxes, ensuring that you keep more of your hard-earned money and that our economic policies foster growth and prosperity. My campaign is committed to advocating for fair and lower tax rates, providing relief to families and businesses, and creating a financial environment where all Ohioans can thrive.

NO MANDATES
I firmly believe in the principle of personal freedom and choice, which is why I strongly oppose any form of unnecessary mandates that infringe upon individual rights. My campaign is dedicated to upholding this freedom, ensuring that all Ohioans can make decisions for themselves and their families without undue government intervention.

FIGHT CORRUPTION
My commitment is to fight against corruption in all its forms, ensuring transparency, accountability, and integrity in our government institutions. My campaign is rooted in the belief that public service should be for the public good, and I pledge to work tirelessly to eradicate any practices that undermine the trust and confidence of the people of Ohio.

SHRINK GOVERNMENT
I am dedicated to the principle of smaller, more efficient government, focusing on reducing bureaucracy to better serve the needs of our citizens. My campaign champions the cause of streamlining government operations, ensuring that taxpayer dollars are used effectively and that government intervention in our daily lives is minimized.

SERVE WITH INTEGRITY
My pledge is to serve with unwavering integrity, prioritizing honesty, transparency, and ethical leadership in every aspect of my public service. My commitment to you is a representation that embodies trustworthiness and moral fortitude, ensuring that your voice is heard and respected in the halls of Congress.

PRO-LIFE WITHOUT EXCEPTION
A staunch defender of life from conception, I stand resolutely pro-life without exception. In this commitment, I pledge to champion measures that not only safeguard the rights of the unborn but also provide the necessary support and resources to mothers and families, ensuring a culture that values and nurtures life at every stage.

PROTECT FREE SPEECH
I stand firmly in defense of free speech, recognizing it as a fundamental right essential to the health and vibrancy of our democracy. My campaign is committed to protecting and promoting the free exchange of ideas, ensuring that every Ohioan has the liberty to express their views without fear of censorship or retribution.

PROTECT GUN OWNERSHIP
I am committed to protecting the Second Amendment rights of our citizens, ensuring the freedom and right to responsibly own and use firearms. I will advocate for the rights of law-abiding gun owners and defend against any legislation that unjustly infringes upon this fundamental American liberty.[2]

I’m Kim Georgeton, a Parent, not a Politician. I’m a Mother, a Wife, a Small Business Owner and a Leader. For most of my life, I was uninvolved in Politics. Now, that I’ve seen the impending disaster caused by our current political actors, I can’t close my eyes any longer.

I’m running for State Representative because I feel our State leadership and our State Legislature has let us down. They stood by and watched while our Constitutional rights were being stripped away. They deferred to act, while the very fabric of America was being torn apart.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati, graduated from Oak Hills High School and the University of Cincinnati. I can’t bear to see our City and State further ruined. Will you support me in my campaign to help save our families and communities?

I’m Pro-Life, Pro-Gun, Pro-Small Business and Pro-School Choice. Above all, I respect our most revered documents of our Federal Constitution and State of Ohio Constitution and I promise you that I will view legislation through the lens of these founding documents and fight for our inalienable rights.

Education
There are no other better role model examples in my life than my parents. They were both very principled and humble people who committed to provide for our family and instill in us a robust appreciation of life, faith and loyalty. Their journey through the Great Depression, growing up in hard times, living through the horrors of WWII and then raising a family on a modest income all the while providing the discipline and example for all of us to stand through life, will forever lead me through good times and bad.

Other than the Dorothy Hamill Ice Skating Championship and Wedge haircut of 1976 (which I also sported for some time), the Space Shuttle Challenger Disaster which occurred in 1986 was the first major historical event that impacted me. In 1986, I was 15 and we watched this replay while in middle school.
My first job was a summer job when I was 14 working at the Downtown Cincinnati Public Library. I also worked there the following Summer. From there, I took many different jobs throughout my teen years and into College to pay my way through University of Cincinnati while living at home with my Parents.
The State of Ohio Constitution. So we can get back to our fundamentals.
The Governor is only responsible for signing laws put into place by the legislature, not creating laws.

Tilting the Balance of Powers back toward the People and the States and away from the Fed.
I think a unicameral state legislature would result in less diversity of outcomes. The best outcomes are usually a product of robust debate and intentional conflict, not of the mass formation of opinion, which can sometimes occur in a single group and already occurs in each of the two party caucuses.
At present, I do not believe it is a benefit for legislators to have prior experience in government or politics. Our founding documents concur that regular citizens should take time away from their employment to serve and then return, rather than creating long-term careers in political positions. The system needs a fresh perspective and new ideas to transform it into something the People can trust again.
It is always good to build relationships with people in almost any scenario, but not to the level where an allegiance is with a person over their oath of office.
Not the one we currently have where the restrictions make it impossible to have a map that conforms to the Constitution. Having the populous cities decide the fate of an entire state when the rural areas cover more square mileage of land does not represent the values of Ohioans. Provide simple criteria and stick with a methodology so we can have solid comparisons for the future.
Jennifer Gross, Tom Brinkman and Jena Powell are doing a good job representing Ohioans.
The story of Steph and her daughter Maddie DeGaray. Her daughter was severely injured in the Children's Hospital Vaccine trial and the amount of the family's suffering is absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable in the world we live in today.
The legislature should oversee the process. There should always be checks and balances.

From the 16th American Jurisprudence, Second Edition, Section 177: "The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement.

In 16 American Jurisprudence 2d, a legal encyclopedia of United States law, suspension of the Constitution is prohibited, as follows:

“It is sometimes argued that the existence of an emergency allows the existence and operation of powers, national or state, which violate the inhibitions of the Federal Constitution. The rule is quite otherwise. NO emergency justifies the violation of any of the provisions of the United States Constitution.” Section 71

“Neither the legislature nor any executive or judicial officer may disregard the provisions of the Constitution in case of an emergency…” Section 98
I believe that compromise is what got us into the position we are in where a majority of our rights have been stripped away slowly over time without realizing it and under color of law. I believe that we need to stand strong and negotiate critically and intelligently for common sense policies. It may be required to stand our ground in order to repeal some of the radical anti-American policies that have made their way into law.
