Kim Karn was a judge for the Colorado 10th Judicial District. Karn was appointed to the court by Governor John Hickenlooper on August 28, 2014, and she began service on December 31, 2014.[1] She retired from the court effective July 1, 2021.[2]

Education

Karn earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 1986. Her J.D. was earned from the University of Iowa College of Law in 1989.[1]

Career

Prior to her appointment, Karn was a deputy Colorado state public defender.[1]
