Kim Kellogg-Martin is a judge for the Logan County Family Court in Logan County, Ohio. She was elected to the court on November 4, 2014, to a term that expires on December 31, 2020.[1]

Kellogg-Martin ran for election to the Logan County Court of Common Pleas's Family Court.
Primary: She was successful in the Republican primary on May 6, 2014, receiving 43.4 percent of the vote. She competed against Daniel J. LaRoche and Eric C. Stewart.
General: She defeated Bridget D. Hawkins in the general election on November 4, 2014, receiving 65.8 percent of the vote. [2][3] 

Education

Kellogg-Martin received her undergraduate degree from the Ohio State University and her J.D. degree from the Ohio Northern University College of Law in 1984.[4][5]

Career

Before her election to the Logan County Family Court, Kellogg-Martin worked as an administrator for the National Emergency Grant program. She also previously served as an assistant and chief prosecutor with the Logan County Prosecutor’s Office, as the head of the Logan County Child Support Enforcement Agency, and worked as an attorney in private practice.[4]
