Biography
Kim Nguyen-Penaloza was born in and lives in California. Nguyen-Penaloza graduated from Santiago High School. Her career experience includes working for CalOptima and as a program manager for a large health plan. She was elected to a seat on the Garden Grove City Council.[1]
