Kimberly Jean Cascia is a judge on the Orphans Court of Queen Anne’s County in Queen Anne's County, Maryland.[1] She was elected to the court on November 2, 2010, and assumed office on December 6, 2010.[2] Cascia ran for election to the Orphans Court of Queen Anne’s County in 2014, winning a new term that expired on December 31, 2018.[3][4]

Cascia ran for re-election to the Orphans Court of Queen Anne’s County.
Primary: She was successful in the Republican primary on June 24, 2014, receiving 18.5 percent of the vote. She competed against Kim Calvert, Barry Donadio, Steve Hoofnagle, Penelope A. Keating, Richard "Dick" Smith, Eric Wargotz, and incumbent Judge Joseph V. DiPietro. Primary candidates competed for 3 seats.
General: She faced Stan Ruddie, Eric Wargotz, and incumbent judges, Thomas M. Walsh and Joseph V. DiPietro in the general election on November 4, 2014, and won with 27.0 percent of the vote. Candidates competed for three open seats.

Cascia was elected to the Orphans Court of Queen Anne’s County (along with Joseph V. DiPietro and George M. O'Donnell) in the general election on November 2, 2010. She received 28.65% of the vote.[6]
