Kimberly O'Connor
Kimberly O’Connor is an acting justice of the Albany County Supreme Court and the Ulster County Supreme Court in the 3rd Judicial District of New York. She also serves on the New York Court of Claims. She was appointed to both positions in 2006.[1][2][3]
Education
O'Connor received her B.A. degree from Binghamton University and her J.D. degree from the Albany Law School.[1]
Career
O'Connor has worked as an associate of the law firm of Shanley, Sweeney, Reilly and Allen, an assistant Schenectady County district attorney, an associate attorney for the Division of Criminal Justice Services, assistant counsel to the Governor, counsel to the Division of Criminal Justice Services, and an inspector general of the New York State Medicaid Department.
O'Connor began her judicial career in 2006 as a judge of the New York Court of Claims and an acting justice of the Albany County Supreme Court.
