Kimberly T. Guidry is a judge of the Hawaii Intermediate Court of Appeals. She assumed office on May 31, 2023. Her current term ends on May 31, 2033.
Guidry was first appointed to the court on April 6, 2023, by Gov. Joshua Green (D).[1] The Hawaii State Senate confirmed the appointment on May 4, 2023.[2]
Biography
Before joining the intermediate court of appeals, Guidry served as the Deputy Attorney General for two decades and became the Solicitor General in 2019. Guidry earned a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa and a Juris Doctor degree from the William S. Richardson School of Law.[3]
